True Cost Excel Model

This is a tool to calculate break-even point from multiple variables including cost of manpower, cost of tools, and through costing tasks. This model helps with costing tasks and expenses to run a project or build/develop a product. 

The model can be used to determine the cost of project in man hours, determine ROI on different projects, determine which projects to go for or which option is more feasible depending on costs and expected revenue (i.e. should we outsource or develop this in-house), or determine the cost of sourcing or implementing a software or solution.
